Bien Centro is the result of our love for simple, Italian cuisine. This is a modern restaurant based on the classical Italian culinary tradition. Our pizzas are made in a wood-fired oven built by Stefano Ferrarra of Naples. Stefano is one of the world’s most renowned oven makers, and the quality of his craftsmanship is perfectly reflected in our pizzas.
Neapolitan pizza has a thin, chewy crust with a crisp, puffy edge. The «flagship pizza» is the Margherita, named after the queen of Naples, who introduced this street food in her court. In our own little pizza world we can offer all the classical toppings as well as our more modern interpretations.
Our pasta is naturally made fresh every day, and our dishes are a mix of the classical favourites and our own specialities. Welcome to Bien Centro!
